The Balmoral Suite, the largest of the four meeting and function rooms, has one of the most comprehensive sound and lighting systems available in-house on the Island. Additional facilities include a recessed purpose-built stage with dressing room, full disabled access and facilities, ladies and gentleman's cloakrooms, two bars and air conditioning.

The Royal Hotel's rooftop Conservatory, with its own terrace, is an ideal area for more informal occasions such as drinks receptions, PR and launch evenings and themed buffets. A perfect venue for an end of conference party! The versatility of the room also makes it ideal for meetings and training sessions.

The Sovereign Lounge is ideally situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 50 delegates depending on the layout requirements. With excellent lighting and black out facility this rooms is ideal for small presentations and seminars. The Sovereign lounge is also adjacent to the restaurant bar and can be used for drinks receptions and private dining.

Windsor Suite is the latest addition to our private rooms, which is proving very popular both as a conference room and fine dining venue. The Windsor Suite, located on the first floor, is completely self-contained and is fully air-conditioned.
